hey guys…I’m back!!!! I’m terribly sorry for not updating my blog for nearly more than a month…I’ve been kinda busy preparing my stuff before I left to Edinburgh..and I didn’t have time to eat good food…haha….so now here I am in Edinburgh, one of the most beautiful cities in Europe….oh well, today I’m going to teach you a new dish which is sort of a mixture of western and eastern styles. It’s a fairly simple and tasty dish to prepare!!!

Tomatoes and buttery potatoes
4-5 potatoes(with skin intact)
onions(chopped)
chicken or pork
tomatoes (diced)
button mushrooms (sliced)
some butter
salt (to taste)
cheese (optional)

Methods:
STEP 1 Wash the potatoes and use any sharp objects to poke some holes on the potatoes. This is
to ensure that the potatoes are cooked entirely.
STEP2 Pop the potatoes into the microwave (or oven–to have better texture) for 3 minutes.
Take them out and flip them over and pop them into the microwave again.
STEP3 After the potatoes are cooked, cut them into half. Sprinkle some salt and pepper. Apply
some butter for better taste or you can have some grated cheese on top of it.
STEP4 Now, heat up a pan with some oil in it. Fry the chopped onions until saute, then add in
the chicken(or pork) and fry them til fragrant. Pop some tomatoes and mushroom in,
stir fry them while adding in salt and pepper for seasoning, you can add some soy
for more flavour if you want. But I prefer everything au natural.
STEP5 Serve them with the potatoes and serve them while they are still piping hot!!! Enjoy….
