This is my first endeavour in making the apple moist cake, a recipe which I found in The Star newsapaper on Monday.
150g cake flour
STEP 3: Then add in the vegetable oil (I personally prefer using butter as it will give the cake a buttery aroma) , mix well. Next, add in the crushed walnuts, continue mixing until all ingredients are well-incorporated.
In the end, it wasn’t that successful, though it tasted pretty good, except that the fact it’s a bit too sweet(I suggest to cut down the sugar weightage to around 70g). I’d give myself 6/10 since it’s my first time..haha…
